Mert Ceylan specializes in finance, derivatives and capital markets -both equity and debt. Mert Ceylan has advised clients in their project finance, structured finance, callable perpetual debt, direct lending, off-take agreements, securitization, credit enhancement, swap arrangements, and bespoke derivatives. Mert Ceylan has further advised clients in IPOs, rights issuances and placings, public-to-private buyouts, private equity investments and divestitures, and public mergers and acquisitions.
