Begüm provides legal support to both local and international clients across a broad range of practice areas including corporate & commercial law and litigation & dispute resolution. She has provided support to clients operating in diverse sectors including tourism, logistics, food & beverage, aviation, and oil & gas.
Begüm has a primary focus on commercial and labor-related disputes and has experience in the preparation and filing of petitions before first instance and appellate courts, as well as enforcement proceedings. She has gained experience in M&A transactions by actively supporting legal due diligence processes and drafting due diligence reports across multiple sectors. She has also contributed to compliance projects and regulatory assessments offering tailored legal solutions aligned with sector-specific needs. She has a particular interest in aviation law and has provided legal support in this field within the scope of compliance projects, including the assessment of aviation regulations and the drafting and review of aviation-related contracts.
During her academic years, Begüm actively participated in international arbitration moot court competitions as a competitor, and later continued her involvement as both coach and arbitrator, further strengthening her dispute resolution and advocacy skills in an international context.
