Cem is specializing in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law and Employment Law with also particular approach to Italian law and provides legal advice with respect to conflicts, disputes and corporate matters.

Our teammate is focused on the representation of international and local clients in their legal disputes and daily corporate matters. Furthermore as a member of Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry advises international and local clients in their Execution and Debt Collection proceedings and provides legal opinions due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements for international clients operating both in Italy and in Turkey.

Prior to joining our firm,Cem gained experience as an intern in leading local law firms in Istanbul.
