Zeynep Cengiz is specialized in Dispute Resolution and Corporate Commercial law.

She provides legal advice with respect to conflicts, disputes and other corporate matters and has extensive experience gained on hundreds of cases before various Turkish courts.  In addition, she has extensive experience drafting agreements and legal opinions. Zeynep has represented her clients before national courts involving a variety of administrative cases in corporate commercial law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.

Zeynep also represents clients in a wide spectrum of disputes in relation to loan agreements, mortgages and pledges, IP, real estate, and insurance. She is also versed in employment, leasing and private law, administrative cases, bankruptcy, labor law, tax litigation, criminal cases, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education, cosmetics, tobacco and alcohol.
